Our online returns policy lasts 30 days from purchase.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Discrepancies must be reported to our customer services team on 07535 026478 within 24 hours.

If an items is unavailable when we process your order we will only charge for items sent.

All packages are sealed with security tape. If any packages are received with damaged or opened tape please contact our customer services team on 07535 026478 immediately.

Damaged packages must be signed for as 'DAMAGED'.

Photographic evidence must be provided for damages at the time of notification. Please email


Once we receive your return, we will inspect and send you an email to confirm that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.

If the refund is approved we will automatically refund to your original method of payment within 24 hours of notifying you.
